About

I’m a web developer and paramedic from Brookfield, Connecticut, uprooted in February 2010 from Rochester, New York and currently residing in San Diego, California. I enjoy outdoors sports, including hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, snowboarding, and boating. Traveling is a passion of mine, and I intend to visit all 58 national parks, as well as completing the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail.

I am a 2009 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology, with concentrations in Web Development, Graphic Media, and Psychology. I enjoy standards-compliant front-end development and programming in a LAMP-environment, though my high resourcefulness affords the adaptability to work in others, while a graphics background allows me a unique pre-press and design perspective. Having backgrounds in both information sciences and healthcare, my career goals include finding new uses of technology to further the field of medicine. Topics in medical informatics and biotechnology are of special interest to me.
