Tom, owner of Express Ambulance Co., felt comfortable contacting me for help with his growing business because of my Emergency Medical Services background and because I was a former employee of his. Express Ambulance Co. was competing with 17 other ambulance companies in San Diego County. In order to get more exposure, we constructed a plan to better define the brand. Over the course of a year, I helped to design and develop their website, both during and after a transition to a new name. Through SEO keywords, quality content, and inter-linking, I was able to move the website’s rank from page four to page one of Google’s search results for ‘ambulance san diego,’ which has significantly boosted their requests for service. I helped guide the company’s staff to provide fresh content to potential clients and employees using social media. Express Ambulance Co. is quickly becoming a strong competitor in San Diego’s ambulance transport business.
