Go go gadget web-app

I was watching Good Morning Today, um, today… and they mentioned OpenID. What a great plug for them! They mentioned a few other services that I use, which are incredibly helpful. I’ve already plugged most of the Google services I use on a regular basis, such as Calendar, Docs, Blogger, Reader, Picasa, etc. I’m a… More

Cursed by another life

For the longest time I have not seen any site-content images on any webpage I’ve visited using Firefox on my PC. I cleared the cache’s, all internet files, restarted my computer, checked the Firefox settings.. all with no luck. Finally I got fed up and did a Google search for “images disappear in firefox” and… More

Export Blogger to x

It’s about time there was a Blogger blog exporter. For some reason, Blogger loves to import blog posts from other websites but is strongly against the exporting to them. GoogleID

Check it! A few days after I first posted about OpenID, Yahoo! announced that they will be offering OpenID authentication for their users. Bridging the blogging gaps

There is no real blogging community on the Internet. There are a ton of small sub-communities out there, but nothing connects all of the weblogs together. I was a LiveJournal user for a short amount of time, but found the options and features to be limiting and boring. I did enjoy that there is more… More

Rochester to get wiffy

Ralph posted an entry earlier this year on the up-and-coming Wi-Fi setup in the City of Rochester. The article said that the Wi-Fi would be setup by the end of the year, but I haven’t heard any more news on that. How exciting would that be?

Comments!

You, too, can leave comments on detergent bin if you are not a Blogger/Google user or if you don’t want to be anonymous. Using the new OpenID protocol, users of LiveJournal, WordPress, Movable Type, AOL, Yahoo! and dozens of other providers can post comments on others’ sites. Cool! Now you can leave comments and provide… More
